REQUIREMENTS

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. We do not accept exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, please note that:

  • The product must have been purchased in the last 7 days
  • The product is not used or damaged
  • Returns are only available for USA customers

Sale items can be refunded unless otherwise noted in the item description. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Refunds are processed once the return package has been received.

SHIPPING CHARGES

 Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Peak Bloom.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. 

MISSING ITEMS

If you are missing an item, please check to see if you have received a refund for the item. We automatically refund any out of stock items before shipment. If you do not see a refund, please notify us immediately for assistance.
