HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
The current processing time is 5-7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) after cleared payment. At the moment we are experiencing longer than usual processing times due to high order volume from customers preparing for the holidays! We apologize in advance! Then USPS will take another 2-3 days to deliver your package. International delivery takes 2-4 weeks.
WHERE ARE PACKAGES SHIPPED FROM?
Packages are shipped worldwide from Virginia, USA.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted for unused goods within 7 days of delivery. Peak Bloom is not responsible for return postage fees. Refunds are given after the return package has been received. International returns are not accepted. More information can be found here.
HOW MUCH IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Shipping is calculated in your shopping cart once there are items in it.
DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COME WITH INSURANCE?
No. Unfortunately, Peak Bloom has no control over packages once it’s released to USPS. Buyer’s take the risk that their packages may be lost in transit.
CAN I PURCHASE RUSH OR 1-DAY SHIPPING?
No, at the moment we do not offer rush processing or 1-day shipping.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking information can be found in My Account>Recent Orders.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Peak Bloom accepts PayPal and credit card payments.
DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS THAT ARE SOLD OUT?
Yes, most items will be back in 2-3 weeks after being sold out. There are some items that get discontinued after selling out (see next question).
WHAT ITEMS ARE BEING DISCONTINUED?
Retro Arrow, Vintage Floral, Tropical Floral, Black Keys, Bright Flowers, Cherry, Colorful Peacock Feathers, Holiday Ornaments, Black Lace, Red Lace, Coral Lace, Turquoise Lace, Pink Lace, Pine Owl, Icy Blue Leopard, Lipstick Kisses and Periwinkle Blossom. *Lace prints may be returned, but unlikely at the moment.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellations are only accepted before your order has shipped. Once it as shipped cancellations are not accepted.
CAN I REPLACE AN ITEM?
Replacing items is not accepted.
CAN I COMBINE ORDERS OR ADD AN ITEM?
No, we do not combine orders or process add-ons as it slows down processing time.
I AM MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER.
If you are missing an item, please check to see if you have received a refund for the item. We automatically refund any out of stock items before shipment. If you do not see a refund, please notify us immediately for assistance.
WHAT CAN I DO WITH STORE CREDIT?
Store credit can be used on all purchases–the code can be found in the My Account information. Store credit can be combined with most offers/sales unless noted “Store credit usage unavailable”.
